Instructions for Online Registration

PLEASE read the following before proceeding:

The Dover-Sherborn Soccer Club is partnering with AdminSports.com, an on-line youth sports service provider, for processing online registrations. Please note, you will need a credit card and health insurance information to complete the registraiton.

All questions with an * red asterisk must be answered to successfully complete the registration.

There are 4 steps for registration:

1. Family Setup- You will only have to do this the first time you register. Please use an email address you regularly check. If you forget your password, you will need your correct email address.

2. Player Setup- Again, you will only have to this once for each player.

3. Registration for the season- This contains the variable information for each player, each season- school, grade, heath insurance information, emergency contact & medical information and contact.

4. Checkout- You must pay by Credit Card or request a financial waiver. No child will be denied the opportunity to play soccer for financial reasons.

$115 for Grades 4 - 8	Late Fee $25	June 2
$85 for Grade 3	Late Fee $20	September 8
$65 for Grade 1-2	Late Fee $20	September 8
$65 for Grade K	Late Fee $20	September 18

Refund Policy

In the past, we have not had a documented policy for refunding registration fees when players withdraw from the program. We have researched refund policies of other area towns and developed a policy that is in line with these other towns. Below is the new refund policy that will be in place starting with fall 2008 registration.

Fall Registration

Before July 1 - 100% registration fee less $10 After July 1 ñ no refund with the exception of serious injury or moving out of town

Spring Registration

Before Feb 1 - 100% registration fee less $10 After Feb 1 ñ no refund with the exception of serious injury of moving out of town

The registration site is compatible with Internet Explorer versions 5.x and above, Safari and most versions of Netscape and AOL. However, if you encounter any browser problems, please try a different browser. A few people have reported problems with some older versions of Netscape. If you set up your family and cannot continue, this is the problem.

NOTE: Some corporate and University firewalls do not allow access to this registration site. If you have trouble with access at work, please try again at home.
